Data collected where it doesn't exist yet

We don't resell what companies already have. We design the collection with you, go into the field, and deliver records you can audit back to the moment they were made.

What we are collecting, and what we can start

B2B sales interactions

Status: scoping with a first buyer

Complete buying cycles between a real buyer and software and equipment vendors: inbound forms, discovery calls, demos, quotes, negotiation, and follow-up. Multi-channel and timestamped, with the buyer's stated requirements alongside what each vendor did.

What it contains
Email threads, call notes and transcripts, demo recordings where consented, quotes and proposals
What it is for
Training and benchmarking sales agents, negotiation and pricing models, buyer-intent understanding
Consent
Collected under VettedIntel's own engagement terms, which include explicit data-licensing consent
Access
Sample pack under NDA; full license by scope

Construction site work, first person

Status: scoping

Head-mounted and fixed-camera footage of skilled trades doing real tasks on active job sites, with task labels, tool and material context, and the sequence of steps as the crew actually performs them.

What it contains
Egocentric and fixed video, task and step annotations, site and trade metadata
What it is for
Robotics and embodied AI, construction planning and safety models, video understanding
Consent
Site owner, contractor, and each worker, on file before a camera is turned on
Access
Pilot collections scoped with the buyer; early access by request

Custom collection

By request

Tell us what your model is missing. If it has to be gathered by a person with access, in a workplace, through a real process, that is the work we do. We scope the instrument, the consent, and the volume with you, then run it.

Good fit
Operational and physical-world data that cannot be scraped or synthesized credibly
Process
Scope, pilot pack, your review, scale
Ownership
Defined per agreement; exclusive and non-exclusive terms available

Status lines mean what they say. “Scoping” means we are designing the collection with a first buyer and no records have been captured yet. Volumes, formats, and release dates are shared under NDA.

Four questions every record can answer

  • Who consented, and to what.Named parties, the scope they agreed to, and the date. Consent is collected before capture, never after.
  • How it was captured. The instrument, the device, the person, and the timestamp. The same protocol across the whole collection, so records are comparable.
  • What was removed.Personal information and client identifiers are stripped and each removal logged. The source reviews the sample before release.
  • Who else has it.Exclusive or non-exclusive is written in the license. We don't quietly resell an exclusive collection.

Tell us what your model needs.

Modality, task, rough volume, timeline. We'll reply with what we can share under NDA and what we would have to collect.
