Most mystery shopping uses a panel: many shoppers, a script, a checklist. That works for a retail counter. It does not work for a six-week enterprise buying cycle, where the vendor will ask hard questions back and a shopper who doesn't know the category gets found out on the first call.

For each shop we select a buyer profile that fits your category, your deal size, and the question you want answered, and you approve it before anything starts. That one senior buyer then runs every vendor in the shop, start to finish. Our buyers have spent their careers in procurement and supply chain, buying software and equipment for construction, distribution, and software companies. The questions asked on your demo are the ones your customers ask when you aren't in the room.
